Hi! I'm a Couples Therapist and a Psychotherapist/Counsellor that works in private practice in Melbourne.

I've worked with couples for close to 20 years, in my first career in financial planning and advice in the SME space and now as a couples therapist.

I am the support squad for couples who are life/spouse partners and business partners and co-founders. My mission is to reduce the anxiety associated with conflict while supporting deeper connection and growth for all couples. Relationships are a beautiful dance towards connection, belonging and intimacy often leaves individuals and couples feeling; anxious, fearful, frustrated, angry, disconnected, numb, overwhelmed, disorientated, stressed, depleted, and lost.
